In my case it was the same problem.

Everthing works, but no data where uploaded.

Why: in previous version i had a 5-minute-cron-job. In the new version i had disabled this job.

Now i have a crontab -e -Job every 5 Minutes:
/usr/local/bin/sbfspot.3/SBFspot -v -finq -nocsv

Now the daemon uploads everything. In the quick-reference is noticed, that this command is used for testing, but this command has to be run for example every 5 minutes.

In the crontab for run between 6 an 22:

*/5 6-22 * * * /usr/local/bin/sbfspot.3/SBFspot -v -finq -nocsv
